How we use AI internally and what we promise customers.
Tooling
We build on the APIs and paid subscriptions of leading AI providers — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and xAI. Under these providers' API terms, the data we send is not used to train their models. We do not train any models on our customers' data, and we do not send customer data to consumer AI products that would.
Disclosure
When AI materially contributes to a customer deliverable, we disclose it. Customers may opt out of AI-assisted work in writing.
Consent
We obtain consent before processing personal data with AI beyond contracted purposes. For biometric data (including voice), consent is explicit and documented.
Governance
We follow NIST AI RMF 1.0 and the Generative AI Profile. Every AI feature ships with an Impact Assessment, logging, and a human-oversight checkpoint.
