Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BLKWV Inc. (“BLKWV”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information through blkwv.com and our services. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
BLKWV Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation that provides B2B technology services and SaaS products. We deliver services through a vetted network of strategic partners and specialists. For privacy inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate and improve our services:
- Site usage data: basic request metadata (IP address, browser, pages visited) needed to serve the site. Privacy-respecting analytics only if you opt in through the cookie banner.
- Contact information: when you reach out via email or our AI advisor (Talk to BLKWV), we collect the information you choose to share — name, work email, company, and the content of your message.
- Customer data (engagements): for clients with an active Master Services Agreement, we process the data necessary to deliver the contracted services under the terms of that agreement and our Data Processing Addendum.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- To deliver services contracted by our clients.
- To maintain, secure, and improve blkwv.com.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Subprocessors and service providers
We rely on a limited set of trusted third-party providers to operate our site and deliver services (e.g., CDN, code hosting, AI model APIs). The current list — with each provider's country and purpose — is published in our Trust Center. We update it when a subprocessor changes; customers with active engagements receive notice in accordance with the DPA.
5. International data transfers
BLKWV operates internationally. Personal information may be processed in the United States, Mexico, and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, port, or object to the use of your personal information.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing.
- EU/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): the rights listed above plus the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
BLKWV does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide an opt-out mechanism here before any change takes effect.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, and documented incident response. See the Trust Center for additional detail.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer data covered by an MSA is retained and disposed of in accordance with that contract.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through blkwv.com or, where appropriate, directly to affected customers.
